resus.com.au is owned and operated by Soma Health P/L ABN 64 742 682 546. By accepting these terms and conditions, it means you have read and understood and agreed with these conditions. Soma Health provides education in the form of conferences or on-line educational material. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they choose the correct product.
In the case of a conference product being purchased and the purchaser cannot attend, if adequate notice(14 working days) is given to Somahealth, then a credit can be earned for that workshop. In no cases is there a money refund offered, however a credit will be given at the discretion of the Director of the company. If at any time a refund or part refund is given, then a $50 administration fee is charged.
Soma Health reserves the right to cancel a workshop or conference. In the case where Soma health cancel a workshop, a full refund of the workshop fees paid can be made to the purchaser. However, in no way will Soma Health be held responsible for any travel expenses, accommodation, expenses, other expenses, or any loss of income, or any other losses, incurred by the purchaser. Soma Health can change the dates of any of it’s conferences and will not be held liable in any way for any loss, or in any other way, as long as changes are made less than one month before the date of the previous conference.
All CPD points offered are stated on the relevant event pages. If no CPD points are stated, then none are on offer.
Soma Health reserves the right to remove any subscriber from our email list.
